How do I get started?

As a done-for-you service, we start by conducting a discovery call with you to understand your business and discuss how you'd like your loyalty program to run. From there, we will send you a payment link and once paid, we aim to get you up and running within 3 working days.

Do I have to be technical or learn any software?

Not at all. Our team handle everything for you. You will receive monthly reports on how your program is performing and have a dedicated account manager to manage your campaigns moving forward.

All we need to know from you is if you have any custom promotions or changes you'd like making to the program once it's live.

Is there any long-term commitment?

Nope! Although we recommend running for a minimum of 6 months to truly see the impact this has on your business, you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.

How quickly can I get set up?

We aim to get you live within just 3 days! Typically, we can get you started sooner than this.
